My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The location was excellent, just across from Primark and a short walk to The Grand Theatre. However, I did notice some wear and tear in the room.

The hotel had a convenient location in the city center, right next to Swansea market and close to Primark and M&S. The rooms were a bit noisy and warmer than expected due to the bathroom radiator, but for the price, it was acceptable. The staff, although not the comfiest, tried their best to accommodate our needs.
